About Our Company
The Holder Group is a full-service General Contracting and Construction Management firm located in Little Falls, New Jersey. We have been in business since 1986 and service clients with a focus in New Jersey & New York, and most recently in New England and Georgia. The Holder Group specializes in interior fit-up projects crossing a multitude of industry boundaries and only operate in the private sector. Either Union or non-union labor forces are at our disposal. We strongly believe in supporting our client’s real estate transactions and have found that this often requires pre-construction services (project and pre-construction scheduling & budgeting) to get the project on track. We believe this sets us apart from most others. We pride ourselves on creating lasting and trustworthy relationships.
