    A Northern NJ based Redevelopment Company is seeking applicants for a Commercial Property Manager with over 5 years of experience in the Property Management Industry.  This candidate will work on Commercially Managed properties that are owned and managed by the Company.  The position is based in Northern NJ.

    -request price quotes and order materials

    -determine & acquire town and county required job permits / bonds

    -request and generate various certificates of insurance/W-9's/etc

    -address various vendor registrations/insurance documents

    -underground utility mark out requests

    -departmental DOT and fleet mileage & service tracking

    -generate various sales reports

    -maintain health and safety training logs

    -dispatch and support field technicians as directed

    -type and prepare formal contracts for estimators

    -follow up on bids/quotes

    -various support tasks as assigned by departmental manager
