Federated Corporate Membership - Group
This category is open to real estate owners and/or managers with a minimum of 40,000 square feet. Each member company is entitled to four company representatives who will all be full voting members of BOMA New Jersey and who will receive all the benefits of BOMA New Jersey and BOMA International. Dues Investment $1,780.00 includes first 4 representatives. Each additional corporate representative $390.00.
Federated Membership- Individual
This Category is open to real estate owners and/or managers with a minimum of 40,000 square feet. The individual will be a full voting member of BOMA New Jersey and will receive all the benefits of BOMA New Jersey and BOMA International. Dues Investment: $820.00. One additional representative $460.00
Allied Service Partner Corporate Membership - Group
This category is for those companies that provide supplies and/or services to the building/real estate industry. Each member company is entitled to three company representatives who will receive all the benefits of BOMA New Jersey. One corporate representative will be named as the BOMA International member. Dues Investment: $2,320.00
Allied Service Partner Membership- Individual
This category is for those individuals or companies that provide supplies and/or services to the building/real estate industry. The individual will receive all the benefits of BOMA New Jersey and BOMA International. Dues Investment: $1,230.00
Emerging Leader Federated Member – Individual – Limited to two years
This category is for those individuals who are new to BOMA NJ and under 40 or have less than 5 years in the commercial real estate management industry. Annual Dues Investment: $225.00
Emerging Leader Allied Service Partner Membership- Individual – Limited to two years
This category is for those individuals who are new to BOMA NJ and are under 40 or have less than 5 years providing supplies and/or services to building/real estate industry. Annual Dues Investment: $325.00
Student Membership - Individual
This category is for those individuals currently enrolled in a sponsored BOMI Designation Program and must provide proof of enrollment. This member will be entitled to all the benefits of BOMA New Jersey only. Dues Investment: $130.00
