BOMA NJ “Domestic Hot Water Heat Pumps – Path to Building Net Zero Carbon” Webinar
This program pertains to owners and managers tasked with eliminating building CO2 emissions, or eliminating CO2 emissions as part of NJ’s goal of outlawing fossil fuels in new buildings (2025) and beginning eliminating existing fossil fueled systems in 2030. Attendees will learn how existing systems can be converted, and how to meaningfully integrate electric heat pump domestic hot water systems into new buildings.

George Wehnert, Regional Sales Manager, Water Products, Mitsubishi Electric
George Wehnert is currently serving as Regional Sales Manager, Water Products for the Mid-Atlantic region for Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US LLC. George graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, and has over 30 years of experience in the HVAC and Plumbing industries. He currently resides in Northern NJ with his family.
Andrew Macaluso, Sr. Product Manager, Watts Applied Solutions
Andrew Macaluso is the Senior Product Manager for Systems Solutions at Watts Water Technologies’ Applied Solutions division. Andrew has led the introduction of many cutting-edge technologies, including the newest commercial heat pump water heating technologies. He is an ardent advocate for highly efficient, environmentally friendly technologies and is passionate about applying those technologies where they can have the greatest impact. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University, is currently pursuing an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and is an active ASHRAE and ASPE member.
