OSHA 10-Hour topics include:
The OSHA 10-Hour Outreach Training Program for the Construction Industry is designed for workers in: building repairs, construction, development and other related fields. It will teach workplace safety and reduce jobsite hazards. The training covers a variety of safety and health hazards which a worker may encounter as well as how to identify, abate, avoid, and prevent job hazards.
Course topics include:
a. Introduction to OSHA
b. Hazards: Fall Protection, Electrocution, Struck-By, Caught-In-Between
c. Personal Protective and Lifesaving Equipment Health
d. Hazards in Construction, Elevators and Conveyors, Cranes, Derricks, Hoists, Excavations
e. Material Handling, Storage, Use & Disposal
f. Scaffolds, Stairways & Ladders
g. Tools: Hand and Power

This course is being offered in 3 sessions and you MUST attend all three sessions to receive your OSHA certificate/certification.
Session 3 - November 15, 2017 12:00 – 5:00 at the Galloping Hills Country Club, 3 Golf Drive, Kenilworth, NJ. This session will include lunch and with be followed by the November monthly meeting. (The November meeting is a separate cost and registration.)
