Construction Seminar Series

If you’re an owner, property manager, landlord, broker, or vendor that is looking for a comprehensive course on construction and its processes, be sure to attend the BOMA-NJ virtual Construction Seminar Series led by Drew Holder, Principal and Owner of The Holder Group.

The Holder Group was established in 1986 and specializes in general contracting, construction management and design/build services.

This three-module seminar series will review the different construction trades and how they relate to one another, proposal components, project meeting protocols, project schedules, construction schedules, dangers in budgeting, the importance of insurance, building protection, the importance of consultants, and much more.

This series will be presented as three independent seminars. You can sign up for all three and  receive a discount or sign up based on your desired topics (click here).
