WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
How food scraps and wood shavings (locally sourced) SAVES MONEY. Food waste is cost-effectively transformed into a regenerative soil amendment (pathogens eliminated), on-site lowering/reducing hauling costs while improving the local habitat and anthropogenic experiences for commercial properties, daily inhabitants and community.
|
THE TOUR:
The aerobic, in-vessel Model 1000 manufactured by FOR Solutions, www.forsolutionsllc.com, can save money by transforming all food scraps, paper materials and focused landscape materials (leaves particularly) into a nutrient dense soil amendment...in 5 days. Traditionally, industrial composting requires up to 12 months, but the FOR Solutions system capitalizes on microbiological efficiency. This process requires zero inoculants and will transform the waste stream from commercial real estate properties and office complexes to a closed loop focus, reducing waste hauling and fertilizers costs. Grounds and landscaping application techniques including compost spreading over turf and landscaping. A tour includes actual food weighing and processing, operations/maintenance topics, site prep and locating, scraps collection protocols and practices, manufacturing and assembly, composter shelter minimums and dimensions and what you envision for BOMA.
