Intelligent Buildings - What they are and How to Implement

Attendees will understand what makes a building a “Smart Building,” why tenants (and thus owner’s) want them and how building management needs to integrate themselves with planning, specifying and deploying Smart Building technologies. Plus, attendees will learn from practical experience in specifying, contracting, and managing smart building technology such as iris recognition systems and differences and advantages between iris and facial recognition, including addressing privacy concerns.
