This lecture will provide your employees with vital information and preparation, helping them to be mentally more prepared and confident in handling an active threat situation, both in and out of the workplace.

Dave Monisera
Director of Security and Emergency Management for St. Benedict’s Preparatory School with over 28 years of experience in law enforcement, including 25 years with the New Jersey State Police. He has also served as a patrolman for Ramsey Police department and as a Sheriff’s Deputy with the Lee County Sheriff’s Office in Lee County Florida.
Skilled in facilities security, building site assessment and security analysis, active shooter response training for both police and civilians, and de-escalation training. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Rutgers University and has earned advanced certifications in Critical Incident Management and Response, Integrating Communications Assessment and Tactics (de-escalation tactics), site assessment and site protection techniques, and is recognized as a Run.Hide.Fight Instructor through FEMA.
